Dark shades of nail polish are not typically summery, still lately I’m loving this deep twist very much, it’s classy and edgy at the same time. And if black may seem too much for the warmer season, a vampy purple fits perfectly in. Roubachka by Le Vernis Culte de Chanel is the best option out there, it’s a deep purple colour with a light jelly texture that with two coats become fully opaque. It’s easy to apply, leaves no strakes and dries relatively quickly.
Lately I’ve been wearing it so often (maybe too often) combing it both with Le Top Coat for an even more jelly finish or with Le Top Coat Velvet on some fingers to change the vibe from day to day.
What do you think, it's just me or Roubachka is the best dark purple on the market?
L’estate parla la lingua dei colori, della luce, di unghie color corallo o dei toni pastelli più di tendenza. Eppure, di tanto in tanto, a me piace prendere le distanze da certi dictat, proprio come pare piaccia anche alla Maison Chanel che per quest’estate oltre a un marrone accattivante propone anche Roubachka un nero dai riflessi violacei, una sfumatura di tutto punto per unghie elegantemente moderne e pure un po’ dark.
La formula è impeccabile, non cremosa come gli altri smalti della gamma long-lasting Le Vernis Culte ma gelatinosa, trasparente, una vernice moderna facile da stendere e che con solo due passate rivela la sua vera anima. Non lascia striature e si asciuga più rapidamente degli altri Le Vernis Culte. Ultimamente lo sto indossando un sacco, sia abbinato a Le Gel Coat per un finish ancora più jelly sia a Le Top Coat Velvetsu qualche dita, per cambiare il vibe a seconda della giornata.
Voi cosa ne pensate, sono solo io o Roubachka è il viola più bello (e meno stucchevole) che si sia visto ultimamente?
