And is this very concept of hypnotism that accompanies all the evolution of Velvet Haze. Coconut and hibiscus open the fragrance with a whip of freshness, something that is already rounded, ready to gracefully make the way for Patchouli’s balsamic effect, which slowly becomes sweet, slightly spicy and a bit wild with the arrival of Ambrette, Musk and Cacao.

L'ispirazione di Velvet Haze
Ispirato agli Anni Sessanta, alla musica e al movimento culturale del tempo, Velvet Haze lascia trasparire proprio quel senso di libertà e di speranza, ma anche quell’annebbiamento viziato che portava la mente a viaggiare verso paradisi che tuttora non esistono, che seduceva con l’idea di un’eternità riconquistata, che stimolava i sensi in un vortice psichedelico.
La composizione olfattiva
Ed è proprio questo concetto di ipnotismo che accompagna tutta l’evoluzione di Velvet Haze. Il cocco e l’ibisco aprono la fragranza con una sferzata di freschezza, qualcosa di già rotondo pronto a lasciare spazio, con grazia, all’effetto balsamico del Patchouli che pian piano si fa dolce, leggermente speziato e un po’ selvaggio con l’avvento dei Semi di Abretta (Malva Muschiata), del Muschio Animale e della Fava di cacao delle note di fondo.
Gli anni Sessanta sulla pelle
Un’armonia inaspettata, note che sembrano non c’entrare niente l’una con l’altra ma che, alla fine, vivono sulla pelle stordendo i sensi in un equilibrio viziato. Un legnoso muschiato con accenni orientali che alla fine fa trasparire dei sottotoni verdi, un po’ acerbi, per lasciare il tutto in divenire.
